“I want to let you know that the parts I purchased from you for my super 27 wood stove fit perfect. The original side rails had a tack weld on them but with a little wiggling back and forth they came out with no problems. The rest of the stove looked in good shape for being 15 years old. I replaced the stove pipes and put in the new thermometer, it gives me a more accurate reading than the old magnetic thermometer. I fired the stove up on Saturday morning and kept the fire small till all the new parts had time to acclimatize to the heat. It is Monday morning and I have had very little ashes to this point which tells me that the stove is burning more efficient than before. It’s nice to know that there still is mom and pop places out there that take the time to help and direct people like me and have the parts on hand. We will have many more years of enjoyment from this wood stove thanks to you.
Thanks again for everything!”
